About us - who we are and who we work with
FTN AquaArt AG is a pioneer for indoor aquaculture and stock fish farming in Switzerland. As a dynamic company that is internationally active in the aquaculture industry, we’re committed to driving a more ecologically, socially and economically sustainable approach towards food production. That’s why research and training is so important to us. Our mission is to develop solutions for industrial farming of edible fish that are as natural as possible, so we can make the best use of natural resources and make a contribution to global food security.

Our team – the faces behind the future of fish
We’re an ambitious team with backgrounds in fish farming as well as construction, energy and finance, which focuses exclusively on breeding edible fish in aquaculture systems. We also work closely with a large network of experts in aquaculture fish farming and are well connected with colleagues in the private sector.

As a fish farmer in our hatchery you will be responsible for the welfare of our young fish and the sustainability of our aquaculture facility (RAS). In your main task you will look after the fish stock and take care of the seedling breeding until the appropriate stocking fish delivery to the customer.
