Localfish is an enthusiastic Swiss start-up that is currently shaking up the Swiss fish market with its revolutionary sustainable, local Swiss fish farming method. We currently produce our healthy, fresh and extremely tasty perch, zander and catfish in three organic, land-based aquacultures in Bischofszell, Rafz and Lyss.
